Ruby, RPN | Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Ruby is a jersey girl at heart. Raised in a small town in south New Jersey, where her career in health care began as a dental assistant at the age of 18. Ruby worked in different fields of dentistry such as aesthetics, oral surgery, pediatrics, and endodontics, where she quickly realized her passion in restoring someone’s confidence and beauty, one smile at a time.
Ruby moved to Ontario, Canada in 2014 wanting to further her career in medicine and be closer to family. She graduated from Sheridan College and became a Registered Practical Nurse in 2019. She has since worked in the community as a palliative and wound care nurse, and at Joseph Brant Hospital in the general and orthopaedic surgical floor. Although her work has been quite rewarding, she’s always had a passion for beauty, fashion and making people feel genuinely confident within themselves.
During COVID pandemic, Ruby was introduced into the nursing aesthetic field of injectables and instantly fell in love. Finally finding her true calling, merging her love for health and beauty, Ruby became a certified nurse injector in 2021 and has had intensive training with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, and many more aesthetic services.
When Ruby is not working at Monaco Medical, she spends her time with her three kids, her dog Bruno, and her friends. She loves to go on new adventures, solo travelling, dancing, and feeling the warm beach sand and ocean waters. Fun fact: Ruby is bilingual, speaking fluently in Spanish and English.
