Kayleigh’s passion and enthusiasm for the beauty industry started at an early age. As her mother was an aesthetician and avid beauty devotee, she taught Kayleigh the importance of skincare, sun protection and the Holy Grail of beauty advice; never go to bed without cleansing your face. A thirst for knowledge of cosmetic treatments and procedures, soon developed and Kayleigh continues to educate herself through courses, events and research.
After graduating from Fanshawe College with a Fashion Marketing and Merchandising Diploma, her management career quickly began. Starting in the retail industry and then transitioning into the hospitality and medical spa industry.
Kayleigh’s exceptional customer service skills flourished and she made quite an impression in the Toronto nightclub industry, where she won multiple awards for best bartender. Her leadership skills, attention to customer care and relationship building proficiencies made her, not only sought after by clients, but also by managers of prominent and recognized establishments.
Before joining the Monaco team, Kayleigh worked at a compounding pharmacy, where she managed the pharmaceutical needs of patients in a long-term care facility. Through her position, she was able to take accredited courses from leading experts, expanding her knowledge of clinical and cosmetic care for modern day dermatological needs.
Kayleigh has a strong belief that women supporting and valuing each other, creates a powerhouse effect and bond like no other. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such an amazing and dedicated woman working within Monaco.
An avid animal lover, she shares that love with her Pomeranian, Niko. In her spare time, Kayleigh enjoys the creative cultures of music, art and dance. Not so recently, she has taken a keen interest in the development of personalized skincare. Watch out world...
