Shayla felt at home the day she started working in the beauty industry. The empowerment working along strong women, providing services that make people confident in their own skin and truly loving coming to work everyday, made it an easy fit.

Shayla has worked in the beauty industry for 6 years. Her first introduction was the management side of the industry that allowed her to understand the operations of running a beauty clinic. Managing employees, ensuring client satisfaction and providing an exceptional customer service experience - became a standard practice for her, since the very beginning.

Throughout her time as a Medical Aesthetician, Shayla has obtained extensive experience with all medical grade facials, body treatments, teeth whitening, laser hair removal as well as working with the newest technology by InMode Aesthetics.

She is well versed in the industry when it comes to services, and has enjoyed working exclusively with both medical grade skincare companies - Skinceuticals and AlumierMD.

Shayla believes in creating a comfortable atmosphere for her clients and kindness is second nature to her. She will always greet you with a smile and ensure your visit at Monaco is exceptional.

When she's not working, Shayla enjoys spending time cooking, reading, hiking, going to concerts and most of all spending time with her dog, Ava.
