What is the Back Facial 1.0?
The Back Facial is a popular skin treatment for all skin types that deep cleans the skin while providing a smoother and tighter booty! The treatment is intended to treat blemishes on the back while helping to firm the buttocks. This treatment involves deep cleanse, steam, exfoliation, blackhead and whitehead extraction, soothing hydro jelly mask, and targeted serums.
What is the Back Facial 2.0?
Back Facial 2.0 is an additional add-on to Back Facial 1.0 with the procedure microneedling. This treatment is more specific to treating laxity in the skin, hyperpigmentation, scars and firming up the skin.
How does the Procedure work?
When you arrive for your procedure, your Monaco Skin Specialist will assess your skin, medical history, and skin goals. Based on your skin type, an array of customized skin products will be used by your Monaco Skin Care Specialist to cleanse, exfoliate, treat blemishes and imperfections, and hydrate the back. Extractions or microneedling treatment may be recommended and this step may be included in your treatment. The microneedling helps to stimulate collagen production, which helps to treat laxity, pigmentation, and scars in the skin. Microneedling also helps to reduce the frequency of breakouts. The treatment time from start to finish fro this treatment is approximately 45 minutes.
After the procedure is over, the treated area will be pink and dewy from the exfoliation and application of targeted serums for your skin type.
Who is a good candidate?
The Back Facial is intended for those looking for clearer and smoother skin on their back! The Back Facial involves extraction of blackheads and whiteheads as needed, so this facial is also ideal for those suffering from any acne on the back. The Back Facial can include microneedling to firm the skin and even out skin texture.
When will I see results and when can I return to everyday activities?
In general, clients are expected to see improvement in texture and tone immediately after treatment. Clients may expect a natural and mild exfoliation or peeling to occur at home 3-7 days later. Most patients see full results within 2-4 weeks, but some may see results as early as several days. Redness from microneedling usually subsides within 24-72 hours. For optimal and longer lasting results, it is strongly recommended that you maintain a quality home skin care treatment, as recommended by your Monaco Skin Care Specialist, while committing to multiple sessions of the Back Facial We do recommend avoiding sun exposure directly on your back after the procedure for 7-10 days to protect your treated skin.
