Nicole Reyes, RPN MEPN | Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Nicole Reyes, RPN MEPN received her diploma for Practical Nursing at Sheridan College in 2016 through the condensed 16 month program. From a young age, Nicole knew that regardless of what career path she decided to pursue, she wanted to end up in the beauty industry.
She dipped her foot in modelling at the age of 15 with Carolyn’s Modeling Agency, which sparked her passion in aesthetics. Since then, she’s been part of the VMA awards in 2012, Manila Film Festival parade in 2009, and a few smaller events. She also has a 7 year history of being in the hospitality industry after taking the Hospitality Management course at Douglas College in B.C and Humber College in Toronto, Ontario. For a short period of time, she also started her journey in Media Arts – print and television. However, that was cut short when she was given the opportunity to become a nurse.
She began her nursing career specializing in the delicate field of fertility and early obstetrics with Newlife Fertility Centre where she gained experience in and out of the operating room. She also practiced skills such as intra-uterine inseminations, phlebotomy, and other procedures that require precision and in-depth knowledge of anatomy.
Amidst working full time, Nicole decided to pursue her passion and take the Medical Esthetics for Nurses course at Centennial college where she was able to obtain the base knowledge and skills to practice as a MEPN. She has hands-on experience in laser and light therapy, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
In addition, Nicole has attended conferences and trained with the most highly reputable plastic surgeons and cosmetic physicians including Merz Pharmaceuticals, Prollenium Technologies, and Galderma Inc. Nicole has training in Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin Cosmetic, Revanesse, Belotero, Radiesse, Emervel, Restylane, and Sculptra. Nicole also has extensive experience in platelet rich plasma treatment, microneedling and medical skin care education.
Nicole leads a very busy lifestyle. She works full time, attends school, volunteers at Erin Oak Kids when she has time and balances all of that while taking care of her charismatic 3 year old daughter. When she does have time for herself, she enjoys playing the piano as she has been since she was 10 and prioritizes spending time with her friends and family.
She understands how chaotic life can get and how necessary it is to ensure that you take care of yourself. She understands the importance of confidence in oneself and the impact it can have on every day life. Nicole strongly believes in the correlation between looking good and feeling good. Her passion for aesthetics and skill, paired with the warmth and enthusiasm in her disposition make her an outstanding nurse to help you look and feel your absolute best!
